1. Definitions

"Platform": the ImmigraFacile.it website and all related services, including web and mobile applications
"User": any person who registers and uses the Platform
"Service": the guided compilation, PDF generation, legal review and assistance activities provided by ImmigraFacile
"Lawyer": professional registered with the Bar Association who reviews and optimizes the applications completed by users
"Application": the administrative file relating to an immigration procedure (visa, residence permit, citizenship, etc.)

2. Nature of the service

ImmigraFacile provides a guided compilation service and assistance in preparing documents for immigration procedures. The service includes:

Automatic generation of pre-filled forms in accordance with current legislation
Review by an attorney specializing in immigration law
Chat and video call assistance for clarifications during the application process
Export documents to presentation-ready PDF format

Important limitation: ImmigraFacile is NOT a patronage, is NOT a law firm, and does NOT replace public bodies. ImmigraFacile provides a support tool for completing the form; final responsibility for the accuracy of the form remains with the user. The documents generated have no legal value until they are submitted to the competent authorities.

3. Registration

To use paid services, registration is required using an email address and password or via SSO (Google, Microsoft). The user guarantees that:

The data provided is true, complete and up to date.
Has legal capacity to enter into contracts (over 18 years of age)
You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
It will not use third party data without their consent

ImmigraFacile reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.

4. Prices and payments

Prices

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Government fees (stamp duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the user and are not included in the 0% service price.

Payment Methods

Payment is required upon initiation of the process. The platform uses Stripe as its payment processor. We do not store your bank details directly; these are managed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Billing

An invoice will be sent by email after payment is completed. The invoice contains the order number, date, amount, and VAT.

5. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the matter has not yet been initiated by our legal team.

            Exception: Once the attorney's review has begun, refunds are not possible, except in exceptional cases assessed individually by our team. To request a refund, contact info@ImmigraFacile.it.
          

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Responsibility

ImmigraFacile is committed to providing an accurate, professional service that complies with current regulations. However:

The outcome of the case depends on the decisions of the competent authorities.
ImmigraFacile is not responsible for delays, refusals or denials by public bodies
The data entered by the user must be truthful and complete; ImmigraFacile is not responsible for inaccurate data provided by the user.
ImmigraFacile is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions caused by external factors (e.g. technical failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters)
ImmigraFacile's total liability does not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her login credentials and the accuracy of the data provided.

7. Intellectual property

All contents of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, icons — are the property of ImmigraFacile and protected by copyright laws and intellectual property legislation.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any Content without the express written consent of ImmigraFacile, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this site. The user consents to the processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Communications

You agree to receive service-related communications via:

E-mail: Registration notifications, payment confirmations, application updates
WhatsApp: Automatic and critical notifications on the status of the case (send-only channel)
Platform Chat: for direct assistance and personalized communications

Important note: WhatsApp is a one-way notification channel. For assistance, use the platform's integrated chat or reply to emails.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, in particular by the Italian Civil Code and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Modena (Italy).

11. Changes to the Terms

ImmigraFacile reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
