Attention: the Immigration Office of the Questura of Florence it cannot be found in the main office of Via Zara 2, but in Via della Fortezza 17, at the Fadini Barracks. The headquarters was moved here in 2007 from Palazzo Bonifazio.

How to Book an Appointment
From June 30, 2021, the Questura of Florence no longer accepts in-person reservations For non-postalized procedures. Here are the available booking methods:
1. Kit Postale (standard renewals and releases)
For the first issue and the renewal of the residence permit, you must send the Kit Postale to an authorized post office. After sending it, you will receive a appointment letter or SMS with the date, time and place of the appointment in Via della Fortezza 17.
If you miss the first appointment, you'll be automatically rescheduled. If you miss the second, you'll receive a rejection notice with a final rescheduling date.
2. Prenota Facile (non-postalized applications)
