Registration data: name, surname, email, telephone number
Personal data for procedures: date of birth, place of birth, nationality, tax code, marital status
Document data: passport number, issue/expiration dates
Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited
Payment details: processed via Stripe (we do not store card data)

2. Purpose of the processing

Provision of consultancy services and preparation of procedures
Communications relating to purchased services
Send notifications on the status of your applications (also via WhatsApp)
Service improvement and anonymous statistical analysis
Legal obligations

3. Legal basis

Execution of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR)
Consent for marketing communications (Article 6.1.a GDPR)
Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR)
Legitimate interest for analysis and improvement of services (art. 6.1.f GDPR)

4. Data retention

Application data: retained for 10 years from the conclusion
Browsing data: stored for 26 months
Payment details: stored according to tax obligations (10 years)

At the end of the period, the data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with legal procedures.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared with:

Collaborating lawyers for the review of applications
Firebase (Google) for authentication and databases
Stripe for payment processing
WhatsApp Business for customer support

            Important: We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Some of our providers (Firebase, Stripe) have servers in the US. The transfer is carried out in compliance with the guarantees provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses) and the European Union's adequacy decisions.
